Each cocoa nib-studded chocolate-nougat core is generously coated in rich, salty-sweet, feuilletine-crisped peanut butter-and-caramelized-white chocolate “duja,”  then enrobed in our delicately fruity 70% Kokoa Kamilia, Tanzania chocolate.We are devoted fans of Las Vegas-based chocolatier, pastry chef, and educator Melissa Coppel. Originally from Colombia, Melissa experiments with unexpected flavors and special ingredients to create beautiful, memorable confections.
